Why we need foods high in Phosphorus ?

Phosphorus occurs, like calcium, in the process of mineralization of bones and teeth. It is therefore a very important mineral and it is recommended to eat foods high in phosphorus to achieve a dose of 700mg per day.

In general, phosphorus is involved in many chemical reactions in our body. It has a role in energy production (metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids) and also participates in the production of neurons.
